How we work

H+H follows a phased process for initial program creation and deployment with typical engagements lasting 9-18 months. H+H can be retained to deliver various levels of support upon the completion of program deployment.

  • Information gathering period that includes scope alignment with key personnel, group and one-on-one interviews, site visits, and observation of operations and crew activities

Phase 1: Evaluate

  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) in the organization to extract the core technical knowledge and soft skills required to safety and effectively construct, operate, and maintain business developments and facilities.

Phase 2: Collaborate

Phase 3: Create

  • Craft strategic framework(s) for employee engagement and skills development program(s), select and plan delivery methods including learning management software and any advanced technologies, and write/produce content.

Phase 4: Deploy

  • Implement feedback loops, train the trainers, pilot and test program(s) and curriculum, review input and optimize as needed before progressing into full program launch activities.

  • Ensure leadership and management are equipped with all knowledge, materials, and resources to continue effective delivery of all employee engagement and skills development programs.
